  • 2 cups of water

  • Honey to taste


  • Boil the water in a pot.
  • Add the kratom powder and reduce the heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Pour in the fruit and honey and let it boil for another 5 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and pour your tea into a cup.

  • 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

  • Use a spoon or ice-cream scooper to form balls.
  • Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
