1 – Mango Flavored Chia Seed Smoothie

3. Curd

4. Ice


Cut mangoes into cubes. Add the mango cube in a blender, then add 1 cup of curd, then add 2 tablespoons of soaked chia seeds, add some ice cubes, and blend it very well until it forms a smoothie. Top it with mango cubes and serve it cold.

2- Refreshing Chia Seed Salad


1. Fruit cocktail

2.1 cup of fresh and diced strawberries and raspberries

3.  1 cup of diced banana and apple

4. 1 Avocado

5. 28g chia seeds

6. Honey


Take a cup of water, add two tablespoons of chia seeds, and add fruits in one large bowl to prepare dressing. Cut the avocado, then mesh it to make a fine paste. Add soaked chia seeds, stir them, then add this dressing to the fruit. Add two tablespoons of honey to the bowl. There, you have a healthy salad

3 – Egg and Chia Seed Pudding 


1. A cup of coconut milk 

2. Tablespoons cup of chia seeds

3. Honey

4. Oats


Add two table spoons of chia seeds in bowl than add 1 cup of  milk than add 1 tea spoon of honey stir it well. Put this in fridge for overnight when to serve layer it with with your favorite fruits. There you have perfect snack for evening.

4 – Chia Seed Tortilla 


1.500 gm all-purpose flour

2. 28 gm of chia seeds

3. Half a cup of oil

4. Water as per need


Take a blender, add chia seeds, and blend it to make a fine powder. Then add this powder in water soak this for 10 minutes. Sieve the flour in a pot add soaked chia powder then add half cup of oil knead the dough rest it or 30 minutes. Take small amount of dough make a round shape ball with it using rolling pin to flatten the tortilla. Cook it on hot plate until it completely cooked serve it with any curry.
